Features

  1. A large-capacity release agent immersion tank with circulating cooling water provides effective rubber sheet cooling.
  2. Frequency conversion provides stepless adjustment of the sheet-receiving conveyor belt’s linear speed to meet the sheet output speed requirements of different calenders.
  3. Frequency conversion provides stepless adjustment of the cooling section’s chain speed. The sheet hanging height can be adjusted at any time to meet the requirements of different rubbers.
  4. The cooling section is equipped with 8-18 fans, started in groups, to provide effective cooling.
  5. The machine supports both cutting and stacking, as well as continuous placing and stacking.
  6. The whole machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, with simple control and maintenance-free operation.
  7. The modular structure offers a variety of optional configurations for customers.
  8. A flexible design system meets customers’ special design requirements in the shortest time.
