Rubber (plastic) and other additives are mixed or masticated under closed, pressurized, and temperature-controlled conditions. This ensures high production efficiency, uniform material dispersion, excellent product quality, and a pollution-free environment. It also facilitates easy cleaning during material or color changes.
Components such as the mixing chamber, rotors, and ram adopt a jacketed structure, which allows for heating or cooling via media such as steam, heat transfer oil, and water. This adapts to various rubber (plastic) mixing process requirements and guarantees stable, high-quality processed materials.
The spiral angle and working length of the rotor wings are rationally designed to achieve optimal mixing effects. The rotor wing tips and end faces are overlaid with wear-resistant hard alloy. The surfaces of the mixing chamber, rotors, and ram that directly contact the material are polished and hard chrome-plated, ensuring brightness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Feeding is performed from the rear door (or side) of the frame, and the mixing chamber tilts forward 140° for discharging. This not only facilitates the connection of upstream and downstream processes in the production line but also allows for easy observation and cleaning of the mixing chamber and rotors.
A labyrinth seal with an arc plate groove is used at the joint between the upper opening of the mixing chamber and the frame cantilever, providing excellent sealing and dust prevention. The rotor end faces adopt a contact external pressure type non-lubricated sealing structure, which is wear-resistant and durable.
The tilting mechanism adopts a globoidal enveloping worm gear pair (TOP), featuring high transmission efficiency and large load capacity. It enables non-stop discharging, eliminating frequent motor startups and greatly extending its service life.
The electric control system adopts a PLC unit, with complete and reliable functions such as automatic control, monitoring, and alarm, as well as necessary interlock protection.
