This project case combines an automatic rubber mixing production line with a digital production-control platform. The source materials show two complete 3D equipment views, production-plan records, alarm information and operating-data dashboards.
The platform is designed to give operators a clear view of the production-line configuration and process information. Equipment visualization and production records are presented together to support daily operation, status review and production management.
The supporting product catalogue describes an industrial control architecture based on PLC, HMI, industrial networking and production-data acquisition. The system portfolio also supports historical data review, process monitoring and traceability functions according to the selected project configuration.
The combination of line visualization and production-data monitoring provides operators with a more structured view of equipment status, production records and process information. The platform can form part of a coordinated automation solution for rubber mixing workshops.
