Features

The roll is made of chilled cast iron.
The working surface of the roll features camber or pre-bending and an axis-crossing device to eliminate bending deformation during operation and ensure the dimensional accuracy of products.
A variety of speeds and speed ratios are available to meet users’ different process requirements.
Different types of electrical control systems are available for users to choose from.

Equipment Application

For rubber frictioning and laminating of rubber, cord fabric, canvas, and other textiles, as well as rubber and plastic sheeting processes.

Factory Inspection

All customers are welcome to visit our manufacturing facility to inspect equipment, if on-site visit isn’t available, we provide video inspections and assist third-party quality inspections before shipment

After-Sales Service

We shall conduct an operation follow up visit within 30 days upon completion of SAT acceptance, to check the actual operating status of equipment, collect user feedback and respond to relevant issues in a timely manner.

Emergency Response Procedure

Upon receiving emergency notification from the customer, our team shall respond within 2 hours. For special cases, our technical personnel shall arrive at customer's site for on site troubleshooting and assistance within 48 hours.
