This project case presents an integrated turnkey rubber mixing production line covering the major stages from raw-material handling to downstream rubber-sheet cooling. The source materials include an on-site photograph and a complete production-line layout, showing how separate processing units are coordinated within one manufacturing system.
The line arrangement brings material batching, rubber mixing, transfer equipment, downstream sheet processing and batch-off cooling into a connected production flow. Mechanical equipment and automation functions are planned together to support practical equipment connection and centralized line operation.
The project layout shows how the individual machines are positioned according to the production sequence and workshop conditions. The turnkey approach focuses on the coordination of equipment interfaces, material flow and operating requirements across the complete line.
The integrated arrangement provides a practical basis for coordinating the main rubber-mixing and downstream processing stages within one production system. It is suitable for manufacturers seeking a complete line configuration rather than separately planned machines.
